OXGuide is a compliance matching and documentation platform. It connects venue operators, licensed tour companies, and verified guides. The platform manages tour requests, offers, job orders, license verification, insurance documentation, and compliance workflows.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information. Guides and tour companies must maintain valid licenses and insurance at all times. Tour companies are responsible for legal tour operation and job orders. Venue operators are responsible for accurate tour requests and guest information. All users must comply with applicable Thai tourism laws and regulations.
No Payment Processing
OXGuide does not process payment or act as escrow. Pricing and payment are handled directly between parties. The platform does not offer booking, wallet, deposit, or payout features. OXGuide is not a financial intermediary.
No Guarantee of Service Quality
OXGuide does not guarantee service quality or availability. The platform facilitates matching and compliance tracking but does not guarantee the outcome of any tour or service. Disputes between users are resolved between the parties directly.
Misuse and Suspension
Misuse of the platform — including submitting false documents, misrepresenting credentials, or engaging in unsafe conduct — may lead to account suspension, removal from the public directory, and revocation of compliance status.
License and Compliance Responsibility
Guides and tour companies are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and insurance. The platform verifies submitted records but is not a licensing authority. License verification status on the platform does not constitute legal certification or government verification.
Platform Updates
The platform may update requirements, workflows, and policies from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
