2. Register to connect
Create a venue operator account to send tour requests and receive offers from guides and companies.
3. Create a tour request
Submit a tour request with trip details, pax count, languages, and activity type. Selected operators respond with offers.
4. Select an offer
Compare offers from licensed operators. Select the one that fits your needs — no payment is processed through OXGuide.
5. Issue a job order
Licensed tour companies issue job orders with itinerary, tourist manifest, and insurance documentation.
6. Compliance ready
The system verifies licenses, insurance, and manifests before a job is marked Compliance Ready and activated.
